Register for 12th ESCDD symposium Symposium Location and Accommodation The venue of the symposium is Hotel Zuiderduin, Zeeweg 52 - 1931 VL Egmond aan Zee, The Netherlands (www.zuiderduin.nl). A minibus shuttle service will be organized from and to Heiloo train station on Tuesday afternoon and Friday afternoon, respectively (see below: Transport) Participants will be accommodated in Hotel Zuiderduin. Accommodation and all meals during the symposium are included in the registration package. Registration and Payments Package rate includes: symposium registration, dinner and reception on Tuesday evening, 3 overnight stays at the symposium hotel Zuiderduin on 3, 4 and 5 April 2012, all meals and coffee/tea during the symposium, and the conference dinner on Thursday evening.
Accompanying person, not participating in the conference, have to register directly to the symposium secretariat. The fee for accompanying persons is € 399 and includes 3 overnight stays at the hotel 3, 4 and 5 April, all meals and conference dinner.
The office for arrival registration at the symposium is open on Tuesday evening 3 April from 18.00 to 19.30 hours and on Wednesday morning 4 April from 08.00 to 09.00 hours. To register for the symposium you will be forwarded to a secured website of the University of Twente which also includes payment facilities. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or Ideal. PLEASE CLICK HERE TO REGISTER. Transport From Schiphol Airport there is a regular train service to Heiloo station. Trains depart every 30 minutes in the direction of Hoorn, with a change in Zaandam in the direction of Alkmaar. A minibus shuttle service will be organized from and to Heiloo train station to the Symposium site in Egmond aan Zee on Tuesday afternoon and Friday afternoon, respectively.
